Privacy notice
Your email, and nothing else.
Pixra Racing collects personal data in one place only: the Kickstarter waitlist form. This notice says what it keeps, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who we are
Pixra Racing, the company behind pixraracing.com, is responsible for the data described here. Write to contact@pixraracing.com about anything on this page.
What we keep when you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- The products you ticked and the console you race on.
- The time you signed up and the page you signed up from.
- Your IP address and your browser's user‑agent string.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your light or dark theme choice is remembered in your own browser and never sent to us.
Why
Your email and choices are there so we can tell you when the Kickstarter launches and offer you the early‑bird tier, which is the reason you gave them to us. The IP address and user‑agent are kept to spot and remove fake or automated sign‑ups. We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or share the list.
Where it is kept, and for how long
The list is stored on our web hosting provider's server, outside the public part of the website, and only we can read it. We keep it for as long as we need it to run the Kickstarter launch, and delete your entry sooner whenever you ask.
Other services your browser talks to
The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D library from jsDelivr, so your browser connects to those services when you visit, as it does on most websites.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can leave the waitlist at any time: email contact@pixraracing.com from the address you signed up with. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
